Baltic Circle ry is a progressive organisation in the field of performing arts. The association organises the Baltic Circle Festival annually in November in the Helsinki metropolitan area. In addition to the festival, Baltic Circle restores water systems, participates in cultural policy, and creates more sustainable structures for the arts. We are looking for a creative brand, marketing and communications expert for the Baltic Circle festival for permanent, part-time (6 months/year) employment. The work will start according to agreement, no later than the beginning of August.
The Marketing and Communications Lead of Baltic Circle is responsible for planning and implementing the festival campaign, leading the communications team and developing the festival brand. The job description is broad, but the tasks can be adjusted according to the skills and interests of the suitable candidate.

Above all, we are looking for a visionary marketing communications expert who wants to develop the festival’s visibility and brand boldly towards something new. We work at the Baltic Circle office in Töölö, Helsinki and remotely.
The salary is 3000 e/month and we offer 6 months of working time annually. The working hours are focused on March-November, other months are more quiet. More specific emphasis can be made by agreement.
