Baltic Circle ry is a progressive organisation in the field of performing arts. The association organizes the Baltic Circle Festival annually in November in Helsinki and the metropolitan area. In addition to the festival, Baltic Circle restores water systems, participates in cultural policy, and creates more sustainable structures for the arts.
