VeiculoSUR is an international residency gathering together artists, activists, researchers and scholars from Montevideo, Santiago de Chile, São Paulo, Bourges, Munich, and Helsinki. The residency proposes displacement as a format, both in terms of artistic creation and ideological mobility. How do cultural and ecological distance affect body? How to embrace in-betweenness?

In collaboration with Baltic Circle Festival and the Theatre Academy of the Uniarts Helsinki, VeiculoSUR hosts a workshop aimed at art students, professionals, thinkers, and activists. There are six sessions taking place every Friday from October 9 to November 13, 16:00 (CET) onwards in Q Theatre, Töölö, and via Zoom. The dates and schedules for sessions might vary according to the weekly programme. Even though the sessions are already running new participants are warmly welcomed and can be integrated in the process.

To attend the workshop either in Töölö or via Zoom, contact by October 23. Please include your name and contact details, and a short description of yourself and your interest in participating in your message. There is a limited amount of spots available and they will be filled in the order of applications.
